Hum Pakistan mein Cash on Delivery (COD) service provide karte hain kyun ke yahan ke customers ke liye yeh sab se reliable aur easy method hai.

Dusra option bank account transfer (advance payment) ka bhi available hai.

🔁 Return Policy

Return sirf delivery time par hi accept ki jaye gi.
Customer parcel receive karte waqt check kar sakta hai.
Agar usi waqt return karna ho to delivery boy ko wapas de dein.

⚠️ Delivery ke baad return normally accept nahi ki jaye gi.

📦 After Delivery Concern (1–3 Days)

Agar product receive karne ke baad 1–3 din ke andar koi issue ho ya product pasand na aaye, to customer ko humare WhatsApp par contact karna hoga:

🚚 Return Charges

Agar customer delivery ke baad return request karta hai (approved case mein), to:

Pickup charges
Return delivery charges

Customer ko pay karne honge.

💳 Refund Policy (Advance Payment Orders)

Agar order advance payment par hai:

Refund se delivery charges deduct kiye jayenge.
Baqi amount 1 week ke andar same bank account mein transfer kar diya jaye ga.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as it is the most reliable and preferred payment method for our customers.

We also provide an option for advance payment via bank transfer.

🔁 Return Policy

Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.
Customers are advised to check the parcel when receiving it.
If you wish to return the product, please hand it back to the delivery rider immediately.

⚠️ Once the rider leaves, standard returns will not be applicable.
