  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your city and courier service.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply on all orders unless stated otherwise.

  • In case of returns after delivery approval, pickup and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Order Confirmation

  • Our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp for order confirmation.

  • Orders not confirmed may be automatically canceled.
